About SparkJAR

We build and run SparKLAW inside your business. One operator per founder. One platform per company. No two the same.

What SparKLAW is

SparKLAW is an edge-native, multi-agent operating system that runs real infrastructure. Phones, email, accounting, supply chain, publishing. Not a chatbot bolted onto a SaaS dashboard — the actual control plane underneath.

SparkJAR is the team that builds SparKLAW for you, tunes it to your vertical, and keeps it running. Deployed to your infrastructure. Your data never leaves your control.

What SparKLAW does, concretely

  • Communications. Inbound and outbound voice, email, SMS with compliance, video.
  • Operations & ERP. Accounting, projects, field service, supply chain, serial and lot tracking, manufacturing, quality.
  • Go-to-market. CRM, sales pipeline, purchasing, inventory, multi-warehouse, helpdesk.
  • Publishing. Content, newsletters, SEO, social, marketing automation — on your voice.

Why we built this

For decades, starting a real business meant one thing: raise capital, hire a team, burn runway, pray the product arrives before the money does. The math was brutal — roughly $550K–$850K a year for a basic operational team, eighteen months to hire and train them.

The only way to afford that was to trade equity for cash. Seventy to ninety percent of the company, gone. A board you report to. A growth curve someone else drew.

That trade is no longer the only path. Founders with domain expertise and a working thesis shouldn't have to hand over the company just to afford the team needed to run it.

Question

How many employees did you fire to make the numbers work?

Conventional

The lazy version of this story ends with 'we replaced the team with AI.' It reads well in a deck and falls apart in operations.

Measured

The math at Meydomo: two founders still doing two founders' jobs. SparKLAW absorbed the twenty jobs they would have had to hire for. Nobody got fired. The team never existed to begin with.

Implication

If the savings you need require firings, you don't need SparKLAW. You need HR.

Rory Rawlings — Architect

Built SparKLAW from scratch. Three decades as a company builder and systems architect. Original architect of Avalara's AvaTax engine. Spent the last stretch designing operating systems that let small teams compete with large ones.

Talia — AI Agent

Your first call. Talia is a SparKLAW agent who conducts the intake interview, qualifies for philosophy alignment, and coordinates next steps. An AI agent handles our intake because we run the thing we sell.

How We Operate

SparkJAR runs on SparKLAW. Our CRM, comms, publishing, and ops run on the same platform we deploy for founders. We are not consultants. We're operators who happen to have built the tools.

White-glove build-out. We work with a handful of founders at a time. Custom integration into your specific vertical. Deployed to your infrastructure. Your data never leaves your control.

Data sovereignty

Every SaaS tool you pay for is quietly training on you. The CRM vendor learns your sales motion. The email vendor reads your customer threads. They're building AI products with your operating data as the training set.

SparKLAW is the opposite.

  • Deployed to your servers. Not our cloud.
  • Open-source core. No vendor lock-in.
  • Your data stays yours. We don't train on it, don't sell it, don't access it.

Your operating intelligence belongs to you.
