SparkJAR is an edge-native, multi-agent operating platform that runs real infrastructure. Phones, email, accounting, supply chain, publishing. Not a chatbot bolted onto a SaaS dashboard — the actual control plane underneath. Inside it runs SparKLAW: the autonomous workforce of agents that does the work in the background and keeps the platform improving.
It extends a licensed or accountable human — a broker in real estate, a clinician in health, an advisor in finance — to the operational reach of a twenty-to-fifty-person team. Why we built this
For decades, starting a real business meant one thing: raise capital, hire a team, burn runway, and pray the product arrives before the money does. A basic operational team took a year and a half to hire and train — and the only way to afford it was to trade away the company to pay for it.
You reported to a board. You ran a growth curve someone else drew. The team you needed to operate cost you the control you started the company to keep.
That trade is no longer the only path. Founders with domain expertise and a working thesis shouldn't have to hand over the company just to afford the team needed to run it.
How many employees did you fire to make the numbers work?

At Meydomo, the licensed broker of record attests every transaction the state of Florida requires a broker to attest. Two founders are doing two founders' jobs. SparKLAW absorbed the fifty coordination roles a traditional office needs to staff. As we enter new states, we add a licensed broker per region — more humans in the loop, each extended by the Klaw to cover more ground.
If your business requires a human in the loop for legal or customer-trust reasons, that human stays. SparKLAW extends them. It does not replace them.

Rory Rawlings — Architect
Built the SparkJAR platform and the SparKLAW workforce from scratch. Three decades as a company builder and systems architect. Original architect of Avalara's AvaTax engine. Spent the last stretch designing operating systems that let small teams compete with large ones.
Talia — AI Agent
Your first call. Talia is a SparkJAR voice agent who conducts the intake interview, qualifies for philosophy alignment, and coordinates next steps. An AI agent handles our intake because we run the thing we sell.
